Dear customer,
We are pleased to inform you that the distribution of SOT1 tokens will now take place on March 10th, 2023.
As notified previously, our SOT1 distribution for our specific users in the beginning of February was delayed due to an unexpected issue with our partner, Bitgo. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay and want to assure you that we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
However, we found that many referrers and distributors do not have a SUZUWALK account, which prevents us from distributing SOT1. If you have not owned a SUZUWALK account, please kindly create one with the exact email that we sent you this announcement to. Please refer to this article [How to register a new account?] for register instruction.
We will not distribute successfully if you register with a different email address. By the time of the distribution date, users who have a SUZUWALK account will be able to to check their SOT1.
For those who do not create SUZUWALK accounts by the date of distribution, we will check and distribute once a month afterward.
About the distribution, we will distribute SOT1 in a form of data point like SZT in your SUZUVERSE WALLET but it still functions as a token.To withdraw, please check this article for instructions: How to withdraw SOT1. Otherwise, you can keep your SOT to stake for SGT in the future.
