Over the past two days, during our Early Riser event from 05:00 to 06:00 JST, we encountered an urgent issue that affected some of our valued customers, limiting their participation in the event. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
We will be performing server and database maintenance on the following dates and times to address this issue and improve platform performance.
- Today (09/07/2023): 17:30 to 20:30 JST.
During this period, access to the SUZUWALK app, Suzuverse Marketplace, and Wallet will be temporarily unavailable.
To compensate for this issue, we're extending this month's campaign by 2 days, concluding on October 7 instead of October 5. If you walked on the affected days, your steps and rank will still count as usual. Those who faced the issue can continue walking for their rank and claim rewards at month's end.
Furthermore, we are introducing improvements to our Marketplace, including:
- Allowing users to update their credit card information at their convenience.
- Automatically syncing data from the Marketplace to the SUZUWALK app after completing orders, eliminating the need for manual synchronization.
We recognize the significance of these services to you and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause. Please rest assured that our team is diligently working to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of these updates.
