Explanation for treasure chest issue

Dear customers,

First of all, we are so sorry about the inconvenience caused.

We would like to inform you that customers who opened their treasure boxes around Jan 7 - Jan 9 might receive only garbage. We are opening an investigation and fixing the issue.

There might be some problem with the app at the time. If you faced any problem, please be assured that we have resolved that issue and users can gain food from the treasure box normally. 

Please help us access the app and walk as usual.

For those who were affected by this problem, we will restore all treasure boxes that you opened during this period. The boxes will be restored to your account within today (Jan 12) and you can access Suzuwalk to open them again.
